Refund policy
We want every order to be a clean deploy. If something's off, we'll make it right.
At Code Crushes, every item is printed on demand — just for you. That means we don't hold inventory, and returns aren't shipped back to a warehouse. We handle everything directly, so the process is faster and simpler.
🐛 Quality Issues & Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a printing defect, manufacturing error, or was damaged in transit, reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- A photo of the issue
- Your order number
We'll review it and send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
📦 Wrong Item Received
If we shipped the wrong item, that's on us. Contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send the correct item immediately.
🏷️ Sale Items
Sale items follow the same policy as regular items — no fine print here.
💳 Refunds
Once your case is reviewed and approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Your bank may take a bit longer to post the credit.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, please contact us.
🇪🇺 European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
